The One Life – Garden 28-4-23

The garden is starting to show its true colours…

The bee magnet is in bloom…

The fancy rhododendron is looking fancy!!

The latest addition to the menagerie, hedgie, is back today!! The edge of the patio is only two metres from the house…

The blossom petal “snow” is starting to stick…

It is pretty in pale pink…

Luscious berries close to my left hand as I type this…

Brilliant white “hazel” blossom

The two year old clematis is really going for it…

The wisteria has colonised an old oak by the pond and the river.

The pond is ready for pondscapes…more to come soon…

The hirondelles, the swallows, are starting to return. This chap, if you look closely, has just taken a sip on the wing. This is a spectacle to behold…

Late November Pondscapes

After the drought the pond is very nearly full, at last. Today there is high pressure and no rain.

As you walk around the pond the lighting changes.

Les Soldats have little leaf left.

Spot the stray cat, top left.

If we sell the house I want this image to be in the blurb.

Next to Le Jaudy looking through the Oaks.

The Oaks on the bank of Le Jaudy taken from Coypu corner.

The Pampas mirror. So far they have survived the Autumn gales…

The Oaks from the football pitch…

The Oaks from near the greenhouse.
