The Tibetan suggests that by the year 2025 there will be millions of first-degree initiates in incarnation. He does not say if they will be adult or freshly born. This means by 2045 there will be millions of adult initiates, just as the planet is getting hotter.
In order to be a first-degree initiate, one has to have been an accepted disciple in the ashram of some Master or other. One would have to have worked at discipleship across many lifetimes. The notion of service will run pure in their blood.
This suggestion by the Tibetan means that the externalisation is well underway and is of a truly massive scale.
We might speculate that there are 100 times fewer initiates of second degree. Which would mean 10,000 initiates of the second degree and perhaps 100 of the third degree and one of the fourth.
The Tibetan said millions plural.
This back of a fag packet speculation suggests quite a lot of initiates.
These are likely to be possessed of a good intellect and to be found therefore in appropriate employ.
You could even be working with an initiate unbeknownst to you.
It is possible even that you are yourself an initiate but that the recollection has not registered in brain consciousness. This is more likely for the first two degrees. If I understand it correctly at the third one knows for sure and beyond doubt.
Elsewhere the Tibetan mentions that the Council will meet at Shamballa in 2025 and decide its next actions.
If there is to be mass initiation that implies a genuine and widespread crisis. For the backdrop of crisis accompanies the initiatory process.
The world is hurtling towards an environmental crisis as Mach 3.
People do not want to let go of acquisitional materialism, air travel and funky silicon-based gadgets. Nor do they want the sea level to rise and the climate to get worse. They desire economic growth not spiritual growth.
